The path

Steady the body first. Everything else follows.

Anxiety Support Hub runs on three levels, taken in order: Survive, Understand, Transcend. Each one makes the next possible, so you always know where you are and what comes after.

The ASH three-level path — Survive, Understand, Transcend
Choose your level

Where are you right now?

Pick a level to see what it holds. There’s no wrong answer, and you can move between levels whenever you need to.

Level I

Before anything else, feel safe again.

Start here if Panic hits, and you need something that works now.

When panic hits, it doesn’t ask permission. Your heart races, your breath disappears, your thoughts turn to static. In that moment you don’t need advice or a diagnosis. You need something that works.

Level I is where the work begins. Survival doesn’t mean pushing through or waiting it out. It means knowing how to guide your system down from the edge — again and again, until safety becomes familiar.

The free Emergency Toolkit gives you 23 techniques across breath, mind and body. The 7-Day Anxiety Reset turns them into your own protocol, practised with Kai under rising pressure.

Breath · 6 techniques

Set your own rhythm.

Your breath is the one part of your nervous system you can steer on purpose. Change how you breathe, and the rest follows.

  • The Physiological Sigh Two inhales, one long exhale: the fastest in the toolkit.
  • Box Breathing Four even counts, for a steady rhythm.
  • Humming Breath A long hum on the out-breath.
  • 4-7-8, 5-5 and Extended Exhale Slower rhythms for the hours after.

Mind · 8 techniques

Out of panic, into the room.

When thoughts spin out, logic doesn’t reach them. Pattern interrupts do: games that take up so much attention that panic loses its fuel.

  • 5-4-3-2-1 Five things you can see, down to one you can taste.
  • Countdown by 7s From 100, out loud. Too busy to spiral.
  • Alphabet Game and Colour Hunt Simple games that fill your attention.
  • Reality-Check, Notice & Name, and more For mild moments through to acute ones.

Body · 9 techniques

Release the charge.

Panic readies your whole body to fight or run. These release the tension it leaves trapped in your muscles.

  • Progressive Muscle Relaxation Tense and release, one muscle group at a time.
  • Shake-Out Shake the charge out of your arms and legs.
  • Cold-Water Face Dip and Ice Hold The dive reflex slows your heart.
  • Butterfly Hug, Wall Push-Ups and more Pick by where you are and how high it is.

You leave with

  • Your go-to breath, mind game and body release, tested in your own body
  • An Emergency Card with your three tools, carried everywhere
  • With the Reset: EFT tapping and a Personal Emergency Protocol built for your patterns
  • The felt sense: I’m safe. I can do this.

Steady? On to Level II

Level II

See the pattern. Reclaim your ground.

Start here if You’re steadier, and you want to know why the alarm keeps going off.

When the storm settles, a quieter question shows up: why does it keep returning? Level II is about understanding how your pattern works, what it has been doing for you, and which parts of your life it has quietly made smaller.

You’ve built some stability. You can usually steady yourself when anxiety rises. Now you look under the surface, and you start taking ground again, one small step at a time.

Your pattern

See how it works.

Every episode runs on the same chain: a trigger, an early signal, a story, the feelings underneath. Once you can see the chain, you can catch it earlier.

  • Chain log Break one real moment into the links it runs on.
  • Early signal Notice at a three, not a seven.
  • Story split Separate what you know from what you predict.
  • Keep–change agreement Keep what your anxiety protects, change what it costs you.

Your ground

One rung at a time.

Avoidance makes its own evidence: every time you stay away, the place looks more dangerous. Small, real steps change that.

  • Avoidance ledger List what anxiety has made smaller.
  • Ladders Five to seven rungs, and the first one is small.
  • Evidence log Your prediction, next to what actually happened.
  • Restart plan What to do in the hour after a hard attempt.

Roots & feelings

Where it began.

Some patterns started long before the first panic attack. One to one with Kai, you can trace them and meet what was pushed away. This isn’t about blame. It’s about clarity.

  • Family patterns Trace the roles and beliefs you grew up with.
  • The RAIN process Recognise, allow, investigate, nurture.
  • Connected breathing A guided, deeper breath session, after a free call.

You leave with

  • Your own Pattern Map: how your anxiety works, on one page
  • Ground you’ve taken again, with the evidence in your own handwriting
  • A plan for bad days, and a way to restart
  • With Kai, one to one: a clearer view of where it all began

Ready for more? On to Level III

Level III

Live from your centre, not your fear.

Start here if The alarm is quieter, and you want a life it doesn’t run.

You’ve steadied your nervous system, traced the roots and made meaning from your story. Now something else becomes possible: you stop organising your life around the anxiety.

Level III is the final arc of the path. Here you release, retrieve and rise.

Release

Letting go with grace.

Many of us carry identities shaped by pain: “I’m the anxious one.” “I’m the caretaker.” “I’m the strong one who never breaks.” Level III puts them down. That isn’t forgetting. It’s unhooking. Who are you, if not this story?

  • Rituals Shed old identities and beliefs.
  • Letters to your past self Written with compassion.
  • Gentle somatic work Release what your body is still holding.
  • Ceremonies Honour what happened, and let it go.

Destiny retrieval

Reclaim your inner gold.

Survival often means leaving parts of yourself behind: dreams, talents, joy. They aren’t lost. They’re waiting for you. You were never broken. Just buried.

  • Journaling Remember the moments you felt most alive.
  • Creative expression Give a voice to the parts that went quiet.
  • Visualisation Meet the future self already waiting.
  • Reflection prompts Reconnect with passions you paused.

Flow

Live connected, creative and clear.

Flow isn’t perfection. It’s presence: a life where fear no longer runs the show. Anxiety may still visit, but it no longer has the final word.

  • Daily routines Designed around your nervous system’s ease.
  • Tracking your “yes” Notice the moments of real joy.
  • Movement in nature Sync with natural rhythms.
  • Short creative practices Small, mindful ways to build presence.

You leave with

  • The ability to put down old identities and patterns with compassion
  • A reconnection with your essence, your calling and your natural energy
  • A life built around nervous-system ease, not fight-or-flight
  • Permission to act from inspiration, not fear

Your next step

Level III comes after the courses, and it starts with a conversation rather than a checkout. Wondering whether you’re there yet? That’s a good question for a free call.

Not sure which level you’re at?

That’s a very normal place to be. A free 20-minute call is the easiest way to find out: you describe where things are, and Kai suggests where to start.
